Suggested Use:
Diffuser: Add 6-10 drops to a diffuser to create a calming atmosphere.
Massage: Dilute 5-8 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil and massage onto the skin to promote relaxation.
Bath: Add 5-8 drops to sea salt or milk, mix, and add to warm bath water.
