Terms of Order and Delivery

The Ausganica online store is managed by Millenial Medical Oy.
We are a wholly domestic online store.
Ausganica.fi is one of Millenial Oy's marketing names. When the name Ausganica.fi is used, the actual company is always Millenial Oy. Millenial Oy will always be named on invoices and other official documents.
Ausganica.fi reserves the right to change prices.
Force majeure: Ausganica.fi is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure.
DELIVERY METHODS AND PAYMENTS
Delivery costs are 4.90€-14.90€ (incl. VAT 25.5%). The shipping fee is determined by the weight of the order.
POSTI PICK-UP POINT 4.90 €-7.90 €
The shipment will be delivered to your nearest Posti outlet or parcel locker.
At most locations, shipments can be picked up from the nearest Posti outlet on the first business day following the dispatch day, after 4 PM. In some locations, due to Posti's delivery terms, shipments can only be picked up on the second business day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched as a postal parcel, along with the parcel tracking code. Additionally, you will receive a text message when the parcel is ready for pickup at your nearest Posti outlet. Please bring identification with you when picking up your parcel from Posti.
Orders sent to a parcel locker usually arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch. You will receive a text message notification on your phone about the arrival of your shipment and a PIN code, which you can use to retrieve the parcel from the locker. If the locker is full or malfunctioning, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Posti service point.
POSTI HOME DELIVERY 14.90 €
The package will be delivered to your home within 1-3 business days. Track the arrival of your shipment with the OmaPosti app. The estimated delivery date will be shown in the app. Choose your preferred delivery date and time slot for the delivery. Deliveries are also made on Saturdays.
MATKAHUOLTO PICK-UP POINT 4.90 €-7.90 €
The shipment will be delivered to a Matkahuolto pick-up point or parcel locker.
The parcel will be delivered to a Matkahuolto pick-up point, Matkahuolto parcel locker, K-store, or R-kiosk, typically within 1-2 business days. In larger cities, deliveries are also made on Saturdays. You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready for pickup.
MATKAHUOLTO HOME DELIVERY 14.90 €
Once the package is ready for delivery, we will send you a message asking you to arrange a delivery time. You can also give permission to leave the shipment at the door if you are not home. The package will be delivered at the agreed time, including evenings and weekends in major cities. The driver will call you if, for example, the stairwell door is locked. If the driver cannot reach you, the package will be returned to the nearest Matkahuolto service point, from where it can be picked up or a new home delivery can be arranged.
Payment service provider
The payment intermediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

DELIVERIES
We will ship the products you ordered as soon as possible - on the same or by the next business day at the latest. If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you primarily by email.
We recommend registering as a customer of the Ausganica.fi online store to ensure smooth customer service in all situations. The tracking number for parcel shipments will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Products purchased from the Ausganica.fi online store do not have a right of exchange.
RIGHT OF RETURN
You can return the product free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.
Notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing customer service: asiakaspalvelu@ausganica.fi.
You will receive an acknowledgment once we have received your notification. Please provide your order number (found in the order confirmation email) and the reason for the return via email. Our customer service will provide you with instructions for the return.
The free right of return applies only to products that are resalable and have arrived undamaged. Cosmetic products sold in the Ausganica.fi online store are hygiene products: you may not open, try, or use a product you intend to return. This also applies to the product's covers and packaging. Packaging material, e.g., bubble wrap or packaging paper, is not considered the aforementioned packaging or cover.
If you return an opened, tried, or used product, we will not reimburse the price paid for it. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the costs incurred from the return. Pack the returned product well, as we will not reimburse the price you paid if it breaks during return shipping.
A shipment returned from the pickup point, unclaimed by the customer, for which no return notification has been made to customer service, does not constitute a valid return. We will deduct an amount equivalent to the shipping costs of the order from the refund to cover the expenses incurred from the unclaimed shipment's return.
Shipments returned due to incorrect address information or an incorrect phone number provided by the customer at the time of order do not qualify for a free return. Please carefully check the information you provided when ordering; address details and especially, for parcel locker shipments, the phone number you provided, to ensure the order reaches its destination.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product you received is broken or otherwise defective, please notify customer service by email: asiakaspalvelu@ausganica.fi.
Complaints regarding products must be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The maximum compensation for a defective product is the product's price plus shipping costs. Our customer service will provide you with instructions.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
An order can only be canceled if it has not been processed and shipped before the cancellation notice. Immediately notify customer service of the order cancellation via email: asiakaspalvelu@ausganica.fi.
